Аннотация
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the most significant medical and social problems in modern medicine, characterized by steadily increasing prevalence, a high risk of cardiovascular complications, and the progression of renal failure. This pathology is of particular importance in military personnel whose professional activities are accompanied by the impact of intensive physical, psycho-emotional, and stress factors. The aim of the study was to comprehensively evaluate clinical, anamestic, and laboratory indicators in military personnel with CBP. 104 servicemen with various stages of CKD were examined. Analysis of clinical and anamestic data, creatinine levels, urea, glomerular filtration rate (GFR), and lipid and carbohydrate metabolism was conducted. It has been established that the progression of CBP is accompanied by a deterioration of laboratory indicators, an increase in the frequency of comorbid conditions, and the severity of vascular-metabolic disorders. A comprehensive assessment of clinical and laboratory parameters allows for the timely identification of high-risk patients and the optimization of therapeutic and preventive tactics.
