Аннотация
This article discusses the influence of an optimized complex treatment regimen on serum levels of Fetuin-A, Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and systemic inflammation biomarkers (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, anti-CCP) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The study was conducted in 2024-2026 at the Rheumatology Department of the National Medical Center. A total of 140 patients with confirmed RA based on EULAR/ACR-2010 criteria and 36 practically healthy individuals were enrolled. The patients were divided into four subgroups according to the clinical form of the disease and type of therapy. The results of the 12-week follow-up demonstrated that the optimized complex regimen restores Fetuin-A levels, reduces TLR4 expression, decreases IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and anti-CCP concentrations by 2.5-3.5 times compared with the conventional scheme, and improves clinical efficacy according to EULAR/ACR response criteria. The most pronounced positive response was registered in patients with the extra-articular clinical form of the disease.
