Abstract
Chronic heart failure (CHF) remains one of the major challenges in modern cardiology, characterized by high rates of mortality and disability. Its progression and clinical outcomes are largely associated with cardiorenal dysfunction. Complex pathophysiological interactions between the heart and kidneys contribute to a more severe course of the disease, reduced effectiveness of treatment, and the development of unfavorable clinical outcomes. In this regard, the identification and implementation of biomarkers capable of early diagnosis and prognostic assessment of cardiorenal syndrome represent one of the most relevant directions in contemporary medicine.
