EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RAMIREZ SURGERY IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH HERNIAS OF THE ANTERIOR ABDOMINAL WALL

Аннотация
The use of Ramirez surgery helps restore the anatomical integrity of the anterior abdominal wall, normalize intra-abdominal pressure, and improve the functional state of the musculoskeletal-aponeurotic complex. This study analyzes the examination and treatment data of 101 patients with complex giant hernias of the anterior abdominal wall who were treated at the surgery department of the Bukhara Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center. All patients, depending on the treatment method, were divided into 2 groups. After being established clinically and objectively, as well as by instrumental research methods, herniation was performed in the comparison group I under general anesthesia using the traditional method with Mayo or Sapezhko plastic surgery of the anterior abdominal wall using a fine-pored onlay implant. Patients of group II underwent plastic surgery of the anterior abdominal wall according to Ramirez. The results of treatment of group II patients have a number of advantages, which are reflected in the indicators of intra-abdominal pressure and in all major indicators, an assessment criterion for a comparative analysis of the results of groups of patients with positive dynamics.
