Abstract
The article presents the results of a study aimed at improving the system of patient preparation for complete removable denture prosthetics through the integration of digital technologies, functional-anatomical analysis, and hygiene-behavioral management. Clinical and experimental findings demonstrated that a comprehensive approach significantly enhances the accuracy of determining the centric relation of the jaws, optimizes the vertical dimension of occlusion, and improves the retention and stability of prosthetic constructions. The inclusion of educational and hygienic components in the treatment protocol effectively reduced microbial contamination of denture surfaces and decreased the incidence of mucosal inflammation. Digital diagnostic and planning tools ensured the maintenance of physiological condylar positions and shortened the adaptation period. The proposed concept showed high clinical and preventive efficacy, contributing to improved treatment quality, long-term oral health stability, and better functional and aesthetic outcomes of prosthetic rehabilitation.
