Аннотация
The article addresses the issue of bone deficiency in the maxilla during dental implantation caused by alveolar ridge atrophy. The focus is on the sinus lift procedure, a surgical technique used to increase bone volume by elevating the floor of the maxillary sinus and introducing osteoplastic materials. Special emphasis is placed on calcium hydroxyapatite-based grafts, evaluating their biocompatibility, osteoconductivity, and clinical effectiveness. The study provides a comparative analysis of autogenous, allogeneic, xenogeneic, and synthetic bone substitutes. The importance of choosing the appropriate surgical technique and graft material based on the residual bone height is discussed. It is concluded that modern synthetic materials demonstrate high regenerative potential and provide reliable support for dental implants, even in cases of advanced bone resorption.
