Characteristics of humoral immunity indicators in children of the first childhood period with enamel hypoplasia

Аннотация
During the study, the development of clinical immunology had great significance in understanding the pathogenesis of various etiological diseases. Knowledge of the pathogenesis of diseases ensures their early diagnosis and timely treatment, increasing the medical, social, and economic efficiency. Based on the above, it is important to study the immunological aspects of each pathological entity. Currently, in children with enamel hypoplasia of primary teeth resulting from hormonal treatments during pregnancy, there is a need to assess the impact of various pathological entities on the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the body's immune system, the degree of changes is significant, the mechanisms have been studied, and the conditions have been identified; however, the changes in humoral immunity concentrations have not yet been determined and are still awaiting resolution.
