Аннотатсия
The increase of road traffic accidents has led to an increase in the frequency and severity of closed bladder injuries. However, many issues of diagnosis and treatment for this injury, especially with intraperitoneal injuries of the bladder, not investigated enough. The introduction of modern video laparoscopy technology has made it possible to take a fresh look at this problem. It is necessary to study the possibilities of this method in the diagnosis and treatment of intraperitoneal ruptures of the bladder. The article presents comparative data of traditional open surgery (42 patients) and minimally invasive laparoscopy treatment (22 patients) of intraperitoneal bladder injuries. The advantages and disadvantages of each of them are analyzed on the basis of the frequency of surgical complications, creatinine test indicators, cystography and other research methods.
