Аннотация

This article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the family as a fundamental unit of society. It explores the primary functions of the family and its influence on the social and spiritual development of society. The analysis examines both thetraditional values inherent in Uzbek families, such as respect for elders and collectivism, and the impact of modern processes like urbanization, globalization, and gender equality on family life. The article highlights current problems observed within the family, including the rising divorce rate and the weakening of its educational role, while also emphasizing the importance of strengthening the family for societal stability. In conclusion, it argues for the necessity of harmoniously blending tradition and innovation in family relations to preserve the family as a core societal value.
