The psychological time of an individual in adolescence is an important aspect of psychology that influences the formation of identity, perception of the future, and self-esteem. During this period, young people actively explore their capabilities, plan for the future, and form life goals. Psychological time in adolescence is characterized, by the variability of time perception, where positive and negative experiences can influence the subjective perception of time intervals. Research shows that young menand women perceive time differently depending on their emotional state, social factors, and personal characteristics. Understanding these processes can help develop effective methods to support adolescents in their personal and social development.
