Speech linguistics is a science that studies the relations of participants in a speech act: addressee (speech producer) – speech – addressee (reader or listener). But there is another subject, arising from the content of speech, whose participation makes any speech effective and effective. It is this subject of speech, transferred into speech, that is understood from the meaning of the internal structural elements of speech. The producer of speech and the subject of speech are the central category of any speech (oral and written) and determine the nature of speech; their interaction reveals various stylistic manifestations of speech, speech derivatives. Therefore, the joint study of the relations between the producer (owner) of speech and the subject of speech in speech linguistics requires the study of their linguistic features. In speech linguistics, it is considered important how and how a speech producer expresses his thoughts and feelings in real situations. In this sense, it becomes relevant to study the linguistic features of the subject of speech using the example of the works of classical creators. This article examines the issue of the speech expression of the central categories using the example of Alisher Navoi's gazelles, which are part of the "Garoyib-us Cigar" divan. In the analysis, attention was paid to how the subject of speech is organized with the help of which linguistic features, and issues related to the subject of speech and the subject of utterance were studied. In lyrical works, the utterance of the producer of speech and the lyrical subject in the lyrical “I” is revealed, sometimes the producer of speech in expressing his lyrical feelings refers to the pronouns of the second person “you”, sometimes the third person “he", their subject content (the producer of speech and the subject of the utterance).
