CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS AND THEIR ANALYSIS IN BENIGN TUMORS OF THE UTERUS AND ITS ADNEXA IN THE SETTING OF GENITAL PROLAPSE

Аннотация
This article is devoted to contemporary clinical approaches to the management of patients with benign tumors of the uterus and its adnexa in the setting of genital prolapse. The paper highlights etiological factors, pathogenetic mechanisms, features of the clinical course, and diagnostic principles characteristic of the combined presentation of these conditions. Conservative and surgical treatment options that ensure an individualized approach to patient care are presented, including the advantages and indications for uterus-preserving procedures. Based on the principles of evidence-based medicine, diagnostic and treatment algorithms are proposed, and practical recommendations for their implementation in clinical practice are provided.
