Abstract
The most active participants in the digital education system are educators andlearners, future specialists. Therefore, it is extremely important for them to have a high level ofprofessional competence. Based on the theoretical information collected on this issue, this articlereflects opinions on the need for students to have professional competence and its importanceduring their professional activities, the content and essence of important aspects in their activities.
