Аннотация
This article describes the stages of processing unstructured text data and theprocess of extracting knowledge based on them. It is shown that text data analysis is carried outin five main stages: text recognition, pre-processing, knowledge building, application of TextMining methods and visualization of results. Detailed information is provided about theoperations performed at each stage and the technologies used. During the research, models andalgorithms were developed that optimize the processing processes of text data. In particular, themechanisms of text classification, sentiment analysis, sentence structure detection and textanalysis in social networks were considered separately.
