Аннотация
This article analyzes the adaptation process of local manufacturers inUzbekistan to international standards, particularly the ISO 9001:2015 quality managementsystem. Using TQM, PDCA, and SWOT approaches, the study identifies current achievements,opportunities, and sustainable strategic solutions. Findings indicate that deep integration of theISO system significantly enhances quality, export capacity, and managerial efficiency. The authoremphasizes the importance of digital technologies, quality culture, and international cooperationin facilitating effective adaptation.
