SECOND HIGHER EDUCATION AS AN IMPORTANT FORM OF TRAINING COMPETITIVE PERSONNEL IN A PANDEMIC

Abstract
The author of the article investigated the innovative aspects of the development of second higher education in the context of a new stage in the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article emphasizes the role of the second higher education in the successful implementation of democratic reforms and the development of civil society. The author of the article made an attempt to reveal the missions of second higher education in society, the tasks of universities in training competitive personnel using the form of second higher education. The formation of special faculties in the second specialty, where major subjects are studied according to an in-depth program, has become a form of an innovative approach in the process of improving the training of modern economic personnel.
