SPORTS AESTHETICS: A CONNECTION OF SPORT AND ART

Abstract
Sports aesthetics is characterized by various modern forms of physical education and sports. There are notions that sport is one of the elements of art. Some of the following important aspects of physical education and sports require special attention to beauty, harmony, and aesthetics. Diving into the field of sports aesthetics, a person will be able not only to demonstrate and realize their creative potential, but also to observe different values and forms of aesthetic values. Due to the aesthetic nature of sports, events such as beauty, harmony come as integral components of sports activities.
