Philosophical research topics studied in the philosophy of law are closely related not only to legal sciences, but also to socio-political, moral and psychological sciences. Therefore, the ideas put forward in this direction have influenced the relations between law, state and society and it is necessary to study them over time. Also, the philosophical views widely analyzed in the philosophy of law cover not only established laws, but also reflect moral norms. The main goal here is to show the duties and tasks of law not only within the framework of laws, but also as a science covering socio-political, ethical and psychological issues. On the other hand, the main goal of these views is not only to explain the differences between rights and laws, but the most important goal is to show that rights always dominate people and subordinate people to an established system. Of course, this system - law was called by different names in all eras, according to that era. This article focuses on the main research topics studied in the philosophy of law, socio-political, moral and psychological principles of natural, positive, historical, social, analytical and philosophical views, and pays attention to the differences between them.
