Fundamental changes are taking place in all spheres of society in Uzbekistan. In particular, establishing military-patriotism in the minds of young people requires modern methods and tools, creation and implementation of "innovations" in scientific language. At this point, the scientific research of the role and importance of sports in the formation of military-patriotic feeling among young people and the development of suggestions and recommendations are of great importance. After all, to be a patriot, only intellectual maturity and human consciousness are not enough. A patriot, a warrior should have the ability to defend the country physically, trained, in harsh conditions, extreme heat, water scarcity, carrying heavy loads, walking long distances, climbing hills, rocks, water must also have physical abilities such as being able to deftly pass obstacles. When the time comes, it is necessary to be able to skillfully use martial arts in face-to-face confrontation with the enemy, and to have the ability to be physically superior to the enemy. This aspect means that the spirit of patriotism and physical training are inextricably linked and integrated.
