The medicalization of modern society and the relevance of the globalization of health problems, on the one hand, as well as the successes of biomedicine and the progress of biotechnology, on the other hand, have decisively changed the state of medicine as a form of scientific knowledge and activity, re-determining the actualization of the value component in it. Bioethics tries to understand the moral problems of biomedicine and society on the basis of rethinking the approaches and values of modern life. Under these circumstances, bioethics appears as a practical philosophy of human life and as a value orientation for future medical personnel.
