Аннотация
Modern world energy is in the process of deep structural changes associated with the transition to renewable energy sources (RES). These changes concern not only the economy, but also the foundations of international relations. For decades, the export of hydrocarbon resources remained the most important factor forming political and economic ties between countries. However, the introduction of renewable energy radically transforms these relations, creating new conditions for interaction between exporters and importers of energy resources.
