Abstract

This article explores the phenomenon of cultural disjunction that arises during labor migration and analyzes its influence on social consciousness from a philosophical perspective. It highlights the psychological, ethical, and identity-related issues faced by migrants as they detach from their native cultural environment and adapt to a new one. The article also discusses both the positive and negative cultural consequences of labor migration within the framework of contemporary scholarly approaches.
