THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION FACTORS IN THE PROCESS OF POLITICAL IDEOLOGIES’ EVOLUTION

As information and communication technologies continue to improve in the third millennium, the possibilities for disseminating information and messages related to social development through these tools are also expanding. While in the twentieth century newspapers and television served as the primary means of information dissemination, today the rapid growth of social networks and various digital platforms has significantly accelerated information exchange. This process, however, limits the ability to filter messages circulating in the ideological sphere and to distinguish reliable information from false or misleading content. Terefore, this article examines the impact of communication technologies on the formation, dissemination, and transformation of political ideologies.
