IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

The study included 354 patients with ischemic heart disease (290 men (81.9%) and 64 women (18.1%)) aged 36-69 years (mean age 57.7±7.8 years), of which 331 in the period from January to December 2020. For comparison, we performed non-surgical revascularization and conservative treatment for various indications (NIC). Depending on the severity of the UIC and the characteristics of the course of the disease, conservative therapeutic measures were initially carried out. Then, the patients who recovered after the inpatient stage were recommended sanatorium-and-spa treatment.
