The Importance of Ig E in the Early Detection and Prediction of the Development of the Disease in the Family in Persons with a Hereditary Predisposition to Familial Bronchial Asthma

Аннотация

The study was carried out in 49 families of probands who applied to the department of allergology and pulmonology of Samarkand city medical association. Based on medical history, clinical presentation, determination of the amount of total IgE using enzyme immunoassay and instrumental examination methods, 193 people from 49 families were examined. Determination of total IgE production in family members of patients with familial bronchial asthma has become the basis of a new approach to early diagnosis and prognosis of the disease in family members.
