INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OF VARIOUS COMPONENTS ON ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION AND FUNCTIONAL RENAL RESERVE IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

Аннотация
The article examines a mutual comparison of the effects of standard medicinal methods of various contents on endothelial dysfunction and functional reserve of the kidneys in patients with chronic heart failure. The results showed a high (р˂0.001) significant reduction in homocysteine levels after treatment in the group of patients receiving standard treatment, including dapagliflozin (Forsiga), an inhibitor of sodium glucose cotransporter type 2, which is associated with the stabilizing effect of the drug on endothelial dysfunction. Also, a significant (р˂0.05) increase in the functional reserve of the kidneys after treatment confirms the effective effect of the drug on fibrotic processes in kidneys.
