Annotaciya
Autoimmune thyroiditis is one of the most common pathologies of the thyroid gland in rheumatic diseases, in particular rheumatoid arthritis. As a result, autoimmune thyroiditis, leading to hypothyroidism, influences the activity of high clinical and laboratory parameters in RA. Autoimmune thyroiditis is reported to be three times more common in rheumatoid arthritis than in the general population. Combined pathology is a widespread phenomenon that increases in importance with the age of the patient. It is known that comorbidity increases from 10% in patients under the age of 19 to 80% in people 80 years and older. Pathology of the endocrine system is one of the comorbid conditions that are widely found in patients with diseases of the cardiovascular system. It is well known that thyroid hormones have positive inotropic and chronotropic effects on the heart, thereby contributing to a decrease in myocardial oxygen consumption
