Аннотация
The article discusses the processes and various methods of hydrometallurgical processing of complex gold-bearing pyrite-arsenopyrite ores and concentrates, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of these processes. These methods include traditional technologies, bacterial oxidation, as well as selective leaching at high and low temperatures followed by cyanidation. The disadvantages of these methods include issues related to liquid-solid phase separation. Dehydration processes are an integral part of hydrometallurgical technologies. Inefficient phase separation can reduce equipment performance and increase energy consumption. The authors consider solutions aimed at improving raw material efficiency and its complete utilization.
