Аннотация
Polymetallic ores contain valuable minerals such as galena, sphalerite, copper sulfides, and pyrite. The main method of enriching such ores is flotation, however, in some cases, preliminary gravitational enrichment is used. The flotation process depends on the chemical composition and physical properties of the ore, as well as the reagents used, including xanthogenates, copper sulfate, and sodium sulfide. The most common flotation schemes are collective flotation, selective flotation, and gravitational methods. This article examines the flotation processes of polymetallic ore beneficiation, their effectiveness, and the application of various reagents. Determining the optimal flotation conditions for different types of ores plays a key role. The research results show that to increase the effectiveness of collective flotation, it is necessary to study the physical and chemical properties of the ore in detail. Furthermore, the influence of sludge on the flotation process and methods for minimizing it are examined.
