Аннотация
Children's rheumatic diseases refer to a range of musculoskeletal, arthritic, and connective tissue disorders that can develop during childhood. These diseases can affect a child's eyes, joints, skin, muscles, and gastrointestinal tract. Although these autoimmune and inflammatory conditions share some common symptoms, such as pain, fever, and swelling, each has its own specific symptoms. Rheumatic diseases can affect children of any age and ethnicity. Over the past 25 years, pediatric rheumatology has experienced many notable developments, including the introduction of the concept of autoinflammation and a better understanding of the genetics and pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases. Over the past 25 years, the field of pediatric rheumatology has seen major new developments. The concept of autoinflammation was introduced to the field and to medicine in general with studies of familial Mediterranean fever, the most common autoinflammatory disease in the world.
