MANAGEMENT OF PRIMARY MULTIPLE CANCERS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS

Abstract
Introduction: Cases of patients with primary multiple cancer account for 8-10% of all malignant neoplasm incidences. Objective: To analyze outpatient records of patients with malignant neoplasms. Materials and methods: 300 outpatient records provided by the archives of the Kaliningrad Regional Oncology Center. Results: Based on the analysis of outpatient records, out of 300 cancer patients, 17 individuals were diagnosed with primary multiple metachronous cancer. Conclusion: Primary multiple metachronous cancer is not a coincidence but a pattern that requires comprehensive treatment.
