Labor productivity and economic growth are important factors in maintaining and improving the competitiveness of countries in the world market. The article analyzes changes in labor productivity and its impact on the country's economic growth. The main focus of the study is on the analysis of the reforms being carried out to increase labor productivity in the economy of Uzbekistan and the development of necessary measures to increase it. In addition, information on the influence of a number of factors affecting labor productivity in ensuring more stable development of our country and high economic growth is also provided.
