Аннотация
This article examines the modern trends and challenges in banking risk management under the conditions of global instability and digitalization of the financial sector. The author emphasizes that managing banking risks goes beyond traditional financial instruments and requires a comprehensive approach that includes digital technologies, international standards, and the development of human capital. Special attention is given to the analysis of the dynamics of non-performing loans in the banking system of Uzbekistan, which makes it possible to identify the key vulnerability factors and directions for improving the risk management system. The study substantiates that the integration of Basel Committee standards, the implementation of cybersecurity technologies, the enhancement of human resource potential, and the strengthening of organizational culture are essential conditions for ensuring the stability of banking institutions. The findings indicate the need for a strategic rethinking of the role of human resources, decent work, and innovative solutions in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the financial system.
