The article analyzes the current state of improving the quality of personnel training at the higher educational institution . The author recommends setting an example for young professionals to improve their knowledge . It was considered that the educational process is a method of organizing information related to reading on the basis of modular visualization, its essence is reflected in organizational and methodological modules in the content of education, and its size changes depending on didactic differentiation. Methods of organizing the educational process and improving the quality of education are also proposed.
