Abstract
The article discusses the main aspects of small business development in the context of economic transformation. The author focuses on the activities of enterprises and argues that innovative approaches will help the entrepreneur and manager direct their full potential to solve the problems of the enterprise. The main directions for business improvement have been identified in accordance with the Strategy “Uzbekistan – 2030” to achieve sustainable economic growth.
