Annotatsiya
This article studies the physicochemical and technological properties of surfactants (SFM) obtained from the waste of the oil and gas industry - pistachio oil soapstock - for lubricating materials used in drilling oil and gas wells. The possibility of obtaining inexpensive, effective and environmentally friendly types of SFM by recycling waste for lubricating materials and their main properties were determined. The surface tension, phase stability, rheological properties, chemical stability and emulsion-forming ability of the SFM samples obtained during the research were analyzed. The results obtained showed that SFMs synthesized from the waste of the oil and gas industry significantly reduce surface tension, form stable emulsions in water and oil environments, and are stable to high temperatures and pH changes. SFMs obtained from soapstock were found to be not only highly effective, but also environmentally friendly and economically acceptable substances. They have potential applications in various fields - detergents, emulsifiers, textile and agricultural product processing. This work is of significant scientific and practical importance in the field of creating resource-saving technologies, processing industrial waste, and obtaining high-value-added products.
