This study investigates the physicochemical properties of a flame-retardant material based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) modified with stabilizers and fillers. Composite materials consisting of PVC, dioctyl phthalate (DOF), melamine cyanurate (MCA), and talc were prepared and analyzed using infrared (IR) spectroscopy. The spectral analysis confirmed the presence of key functional groups such as C–H, C–Cl, C=O, N–H, and Si–O, indicating the successful incorporation of additives into the material structure. The results demonstrate that the modified PVC composites exhibit enhanced flame retardancy, reduced smoke emission, and improved mechanical properties.
