Abstract
In this study, the process of hydro abrasive wear of pump flow surfaces was analyzed based on theoretical and experimental approaches. Pumps are widely used in ore mining operations to lift mine water containing solid mechanical impurities of various sizes to the surface. This leads to intensive wear of the main flow components such as impellers, guide vanes, and sealing rings. The reliability and energy efficiency of pump units largely depend on this wear process, making its in-depth study an актуal scientific problem.
