Аннотация
This article provides a comprehensive overview of the NEQR (Novel Enhanced Quantum Representation) model, designed for processing classical images on quantum computers. NEQR encodes image pixels directly as binary qubit values (bit to bit), not through amplitude. This approach is very convenient for tasks such as image definition, contour separation, averaging, and histogram construction, and speeds up the calculation process several times through quantum parallelism. The article discusses the mathematical foundations of NEQR, algorithmic structure, qubit addressing, and the stages of forming the NEQR format using a real image as an example.
