Abstract

This article examines the theoretical foundations of regulatory science in medicine as a discipline focused on the holistic control of living systems. Regulatory science investigates the mechanisms that coordinate physiological processes, the interactions among regulatory pathways, and the nature of disruptions that occur under pathological conditions. The analysis covers self-regulation in biological systems, adaptive responses, neuro-hormonal regulation, and the application of regulatory principles in modern diagnostics and therapy. The findings demonstrate the significant scientific and practical value of regulatory science for addressing complex medical challenges.
