Аннотация
This article analyzes the theoretical and conceptual foundations of the concepts of human capital and creative class. The research highlights the role of human capital in ensuring economic growth, innovative development, and competitiveness. It also reveals the formation of the creative class in the conditions of the modern economy, its impact on socio-economic development, and its inextricable link with knowledge, skills, creativity, and intellectual potential. The article provides a comparative analysis of the approaches of various scientists and substantiates the interrelationship of the categories of human capital and creative class. The results of the research serve to draw scientific conclusions on the effective use of human resources and the development of creative potential in a knowledge-based economy.
