  In order to study in detail the work of Alisher Navoi, it is necessary to attract all manuscripts from world libraries with his works.  To do this, it is necessary to first compile a list of manuscripts, and then describe them.  This work was only partially started.  Henceforth, it is necessary to systematically organize and implement work in this direction and to compile the “World catalog of manuscripts of the works of Alisher Navoi”. Currently, together with foreign scientists, primary work is being carried out in this direction and there are some results. The time has come to systematically carry out these works and compile the first issue of the catalog.
