Abstract

The report made a general analysis of the Russian translations of Navoi’s works. Thus, the world significance, the role and place of these translations among Russian, Russian-speaking readers and in the field of translations into other world languages are shown, information is given on the composition of the poet’s translators. It also shows that in connection with these translations, new poetic elements of the classical poetry of the Muslim East, such as “saj”, “redif” and “tuyuk”, entered Russian poetry
