COMPARATIVE STUDY OF SCIENTIFIC-CRITICAL TEXTS OF “KHAMSA” AND THE PROBLEM OF THEIR IMPROVEMENT

The article deeply analyzes the experience of compilation of scientific and critical texts in the history of Uzbek textual studies and the scientific laboratory of scientists who actively worked in this field and played an important role in its development. In particular, the researches of Gulom Karimov, Porso Shamsiev and Mavjuda Hamidova, who were able to show significant results in the realization of the scientific-critical text and public publications of Navoi's "Khamsa", were comprehensively and comparatively studied. Based on the obtained results and conclusions, proposals are given for the preparation of a scientific-critical text. In particular, it is scientifically based that the comparative study of scientific and critical texts prepared by different scientists shows that there is no great difference between them, therefore there is no need to recompile the existing critical texts, and it is the most correct way to edit and improve the text on the basis of newly found reliable manuscripts.
