Annotaciya
The article examines the structural features of known and developed electromagnetic resonance sensors for motion parameters and develops their mathematical models to investigate the main technical characteristics of these sensors. By comparative analysis of the obtained expressions of output signals and sensitivity of the known and proposed electromagnetic resonance sensors for motion parameters, it is shown that the sensitivity of the proposed sensor, due to each magnetic field source being implemented as a multiturn magnetic core with an exciting winding section that encompasses all the turns of the multi-turn magnetic core, is w_m times higher (where w_m is the number of turns of the multi-turn magnetic core) than the sensitivity of the known sensor. Moreover, the accuracy of measuring the velocity of the moving coil-controlled object is improved by minimizing the level of the variable component of the output signal that is not proportional to the velocity of motion. This is achieved by extracting a signal proportional to the linear velocity of the moving sensing coil from the load terminals connected to the moving sensing coil, which is tuned to voltage resonance.
