Аннотация
with an increase in the force effect on the nodes of the wagons, the bogies and its parts deserve special attention, which is one of the most responsible nodes responsible for the safe operation of rolling stock. Maintaining the bogies in good condition is the primary task of wagon repair companies and service stations. The main role in this is played by the diagnosis of assemblies and cast parts of trucks using non-destructive testing methods. Despite the variety of control methods, ultrasonic, magnetic powder and probe-coil magnetic field methods are mainly used to diagnose undercarriages. The paper presents technological recommendations for conducting flaw detection of cast parts of trucks of the UVZ-9M model of six-axle weighing wagons of type 640-VPV. In particular, the zones of mandatory control during magnetic powder and probe-coil magnetic field control of the side frame, spring and pin beam and balancer during scheduled repairs are given to determine the residual life and the possibility of its extension.
