Аннотация
The article examines the structure of enterprise management, which should be aimed primarily at maintaining its ability to produce a competitive product (goods, services), and to do it effectively. In this case, not only financial returns should be achieved, but also a qualitative goal. Management of a specific enterprise should also be focused on effectively achieving the current financial goal, even if it does not involve making a profit.
