Abstract
This paper examines the implementation of wireless technologies such as GSM-R, LTE-R, and 5G in train movement control systems. It analyzes the advantages and limitations of each technology, including data transmission speed, reliability, and security. The study focuses on assessing their impact on enhancing the efficiency and safety of railway transportation. Using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), statistically significant differences in protocol latency are identified, supporting the shift towards modern standards that meet the requirements of high-speed and automated railway systems. Practical aspects of integrating these technologies into rail infrastructure are also discussed.
