The article examines the features of well-known and new magnetoelastic transducers for measuring vibration parameters. It is shown that in the new converter, due to the arrangement of the main rods so that they represent the edges of a rectangular straight regular prism, the connection of the additional rod to the centers of the prism bases, the placement of two permanent magnets on each diagonal of the prism bases, the placement of an additional annular measuring winding at the fixed end of the additional rod, its functionality is expanded by providing measurements of vibration parameters on two mutually perpendicular axes, receiving output signals from two independent separate measuring windings, and also increases the sensitivity of the converter. The obtained mathematical models can be used for an operational assessment of the technical capabilities of these converters.
