This article analyzes the strategic approaches used in green economy management. The role of the green economy in sustainable development, efficient resource management, and maintaining ecological balance is revealed. Special attention is paid to strategic tasks in increasing socio-economic potential and ensuring global ecological security through green transformation of the economy. Also, mechanisms for developing a green economy through state policy, private sector participation, and management of innovative technologies are analyzed. The article is scientifically and practically significant and is aimed at unlocking the broad potential of the green economy.
